Before getting started, please make sure you are in our service area!

Before scheduling with us, we need to make sure your pet is a good fit for our services and that you feel confident with us. A meet and greet is an opportunity for you to meet your pet sitter or dog walker and ask any questions that will help you feel comfortable entrusting your pets to us.
Once you have had a meet and greet, we will send you instructions to create an account with us so you can start scheduling services.

We communicate with our clients via a very easy-to-use app called Time to Pet that you can download on your phone and be instantly notified when our team uploads photos or videos of your pet and sends you a message!

Convenience and ease are important to our clients. Our app makes it easy to request services, view your invoices, and make credit card payments. All of our processes are streamlined so we can give you the best service without taking up too much of your time!
